American Dream Tulip Bulbs
The
American Dream Tulip originated in Belgium around 1700. The
tulip heads are perfectly shaped, red in color with cream colored splotches. The large blooms sit atop thick, sturdy stems that make beautiful bouquets. They are among the most weather resistant of all garden tulips. The
American Dream Tulip are giant
tulips with exceptional perennial qualities that will produce many lovely flowers year after year.
For the best effects, plant
tulip bulbs in clusters of 5 to 15 bulbs of one variety, or scatter clusters throughout the garden or flower border.
Tulips do best in well-drained soil. If possible, do not to plant tulips in the same location in the garden year after year. If available, plant <>tulips in a somewhat sheltered location. These tulips are excellent for warmer climatic zones. Tulips are excellent for mass planting, cut flowers, and borders. Fertilization twice a year with Bulb Buddy(tm) fertilizer is recommended to improve their perennial nature.
