Blushed Icy Oak Looseleaf Lettuce Seeds

Blushed Icy Oak Lettuce combines the buttery sweetness of a butterhead lettuce with the crisp, crunchy texture of a crisphead lettuce making this a popular and highly sought lettuce variety. The wavy leaf tips are brushed in maroon and lead to a creamy green base while the juicy midribs are pink.

Looseleaf Lettuces are the easiest type of lettuces to grow. They form no heart or head, as the name indicates. Looseleaf Lettuce can be harvested leaf by leaf or by the whole plant. Leaves come in a wide variety of shapes and colors including thick, thin, savoyed, flat, red, green, frilled, cut, curled, wavy and crinkly.

Created by Frank Morton at Gathering Together Farm.
