Chocolate Brown Peppers are great in salads, stuffing, salsas, pickling and general cooking. Try complimenting it with the Purple Beauty Pepper and Red Beauty Peppers for a fantastic trio of color and taste.
These peppers start as a lovely jade green color and mature into the chocolate brown with purple-black highlights that they are famous for.
