East Indian Basil Seeds

East Indian Basil, also called Tree Basiland Clove Basil is known for its large, greyish-green, velvety leaves and clove scent and spicy flavor.

This Basil has a slightly lemony smell and taste to it and is excellent for culinary uses. East Indian asil is most commonly used in salads and beverages.

East Indian Basil is used in India as a cold remedy..

This large basil grows in the form of a shrub and can reach up to 8 feet in height!

As with all basils, you can also use this basil in the garden as a natural insecticide to repel aphids, mites, and tomato horn worms.
