Italian Seasoning
Italian Seasoning is a blend of oregano, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, basil, and sage.
This blend is a good all purpose mixture for soups, sauces, and pasta salads!
- Oregano- Adds a zingy and herbal taste that Italian food is famous for
- Marjoram- Has a sweet pine and citrus flavor.
- Thyme- Adds a slight lemony, peppery taste. A very versatile herb, blends with almost anything.
- Rosemary- Bitter, tastes a little like licorice
- Basil- Adds the sweet, peppery, somewhat Anise taste
