Muchi Curry Powder Seasoning
Muchi Curry Powder Seasoning is a blend of turmeric, cumin, black pepper, ginger, coriander, fenugreek, dehydrated garlic, celery seed, cloves, red pepper, caraway, white pepper, and mace.
Delicious in bean dishes and flavoring meat!
- Turmeric- Warming, detoxifying, good for the cardiovascular system
- Cumin- Can be spicy, not as warm as a pepper, but has a similar taste to garlic or onion

- Celery Seeds- Tastes just like Celery, slightly bitter
- Cloves- A nutritious and warming spice
- Cayenne- Detoxifying, spicy pepper, raises metabolism
- Caraway- Tastes just like Dill but much stronger
- White Pepper- Adds a piquant, fresh, earthy taste. Black pepper has a hotter taste and aroma. This is considered a "light pepper"
- Mace- Mace is the bright red membrane that covers the nutmeg seed. The taste is very similar to nutmeg
