Crystal Hops

Crystal Hops is viewed as the most pungent of the new triploid Hallertau family of hops. Crystal is a Tetraploid-Hallertauer-Mittelfrueh cross made at the USDA-OSU Experimental hop farm in Corvallis, Oregon. The Crystal Hop has a pleasant Hallertauer-type aroma.

Crystal is commonly used for its aromatic properties and it is very popular in the craft-brewing industry. Crystal hops is a vigorous grower and is verticillium wilt resistant. Matures medium late to late.
