Perle is favored by many brewers for its versatility- it combines good bittering potential with a wonderful aroma that is pleasant and slightly spicy. It is grown in Germany, Belgium and the U. S.

Perle Hops are a medium yield variety and are recommended for any non-pilsener lager , ale, or wheats.
