Pink Balloon Flower Seeds

Pink Balloon Flower, also known as Chinese Bellflower, Japanese Bellflower , is native to East Asia, such as China, Korea, Japan, and East Siberia.

The root of the Balloon Flower is used extensively in herbal medicine as an anti-inflammatory in the treatment of coughs and colds. In Korea the plant is known as "doraji" and its root, either dried or fresh, is a popular ingredient in salads and traditional cuisine.

The Pink Balloon Flower is also a popular ornamental flower for any garden. The Balloon Flower is an attractive perennial with glossy green foliage and unique balloon shaped buds opening to star shaped flowers. Cut Balloon Flowers make an excellent addition to flower arrangements. They also make very nice border plants. If you are thinking of vertical gardening, plan on some balloon flowers.

It is a hardy plant and requires little care!
