Piquin Pepper Seeds

The Piquin (Pequin) Pepper is a variety of chili pepper originating from Mexico. Pequin peppers are bursting with flavor that is described as "citrusy with a touch of smokiness". These peppers are very tiny with a measurement of only around two centimeters at maturity. Upon ripening, these extremely hot little peppers are a bold red color. With a scoville rating of 40,000-58,000!! Hot!

Piquin peppers are relatively care free in the garden and produce a gazillion little fire balls peppers on each plant. These peppers are highly attractive to birds and they make a great addition to your flowerbed or vegetable garden.
