Endive with compact, finely frilled leaves and blanched hearts. The mild flavor is perfectly balanced by a hint of tartness.
Rhodos Endive grows as a tightly massed, compact plant, the leaves at its heart are naturally blanched into a creamy white.
Rhodos Endive can be planted year-round in mild climates.
