Romanesco is an amazing chartreuse color and a "fractal" shape. It is as appealing to photograph as it is to eat.
Romanesco has a similar look and texture to cauliflower but tastes more like broccoli. Be careful to not over cook this vegetable as it will become mushy and unpleasant!
