Tat Soi Seeds
Tat Soi, known as Chinese Spinach, is also called Tatsoi, Spinach Mustard, Spoon Mustard, or Rosette Bok Choy. Tat soi is an Asian variety of Brassica rapa grown for greens. This plant has become popular in North American cuisine for its tender leaves and light bite. The Tat Soi plant has dark green spoon-shaped leaves which form a thick rosette.
Tat Soi can be grown to a harvest-able size in 45–50 days, and can withstand temperatures down to –10°C (15°F) making it an ideal fall and winter crop. Tatsoi can even be harvested from under the snow!
