Thai Seasoning
Thai Seasoning is a blend of dehydrated onion and garlic, coriander, tomato, lemon peel, citric acid, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, basil, cilantro, and white pepper.
The perfect spice blend for stir fry!
- Dehydrated Onion and Garlic- Adds the sweet, spicy taste of fresh onion and garlic. Both are a natural immune booster, even when they are dehydrated.
- Coriander- Citrusy, tangy, spicy
- Tomato Powder- Rich in color and flavor, sweet and delicious just as real tomatoes
- Lemon- Adds a zingy and tangy flavor
- Paprika- Detoxifying, warming, spicy
- Cayenne- Detoxifying, spicy pepper, raises metabolism
- Black Pepper- Adds a piquant, fresh, earthy taste
- Basil- Adds the sweet, peppery, somewhat Anise taste
- Cilantro- Adds a rich and strong flavor, semi-citrus taste
- White Pepper- Adds a piquant, fresh, earthy taste. Black pepper has a hotter taste and aroma. This is considered a "light pepper"
