When you plant and grow our seeds, you know you are supporting and being supported by community farmers and gardeners. Our seeds do not come from a large corporation or farm, they are grown by “small time” farmers and gardeners.
Whenever possible our seed line carries Organic Heirloom Seeds. When this not possible, we carry high quality Hybrid seeds. We believe that home gardeners, like you, are the key to maintaining the vast genetic diversity of Heirloom seeds and in ensuring their survival. Without gardeners like you, beautiful varieties such as the Purple Dragon Carrot, Moon and Stars Watermelon, Riesentraube Tomato and Bull Nose Peppers would risk extinction.
Weather you are planting a small patio garden or 2 acres we are sure you will appreciate the quality of our seeds and the plants they produce. And, in each carrot you pick or squash you bake, you can find joy, not just in its smells and taste, but also in the knowledge that you are contributing to a larger community in supporting self sufficiency and environmental responsibility.
